​Amelie Aldner er en svensk artist bosatt i Norge. Med sin klare og kraftige stemme akkompagnert av piano, er hennes siste single en ballade med tittelen «Rise».
Den rørende melodien og de svære koringene gir nesten et sakralt preg som får hårene til å reise seg på armene. Dette kunne passet som filmmusikk til en dramatisk scene. Sangen bærer preg av sog og motgang, men med optimistisk fremtidssyn.
Låta åpner med et piano-motiv som trekker tankene i retning av Coldplay, men straks hun åpner stemmen, får vi skikkelig Adele-vibber. Sangen kunne like godt vært gitt ut av Adele, og Amelies stemme ligner ikke så rent lite heller. Amelies stemme bærer hele låta. Derfor savner vi ikke flere instrumenter enn det enslige pianoet.
Adele-preget gjelder ikke fullt så mye når vi kommer til Amelie Aldners forrige single, «A Real Star» som kom ut i våres. Her minner hun mer om Celine Dion – som også er en av hennes forbilder. Her er sangen også mer innpakket i et større arrangement med flere instrumenter. Produksjonen på denne låter noe datert, men melodien bringer tankene til åttitallets power-pop-æra.
Likevel er dette smakfullt gjort og fullt gangbart på radio, noe eteren også vitner om.
Det er forfriskende å høre en popartist i 2024 som tør å synge så nakent uten et tonn av effekter som maskerer det rå talentet.

Amelie Aldner er en artist fra Suldal, men har en agent fra Kristiansand og er blitt listet på Sørlandsradioen. Om hun ikke overbeviste med hennes forrige single som vi omtalte tidligere, A Real Star, bør du gi henne en ny sjanse. Dersom du liker Adele, er dette midt i blinken for deg, og hvem gjør ikke det? Selv om Ameile Aldner har en utpreget soul-stemme, har denne låta har et tidløst uttrykk. Den har et aldri så lite gospel-preg, men dette er altså en ballade, som forrige gang. Likevel får artisten rom til å briljere med sin enorme stemme, som også har visse likhetstrekk med Diana Krall. Selv om singelen tikker inn på tre og et halvt minutt, føles den for kort. Det luftige piano-arrangementet gir ro i sjelen og Aldners mektige stemme er alt låta trenger. Denne sangen egner seg til avslapning, kos og trøst.

Fraseringene og vibratoen hennes, for ikke å snakke om arena-allsangrefrenget, minner oss om åttitallets soul-artister, som Whitney Houston og Dionne Warwick. Dette er skikkelig flott, men helheten gir et lite moderne inntrykk.
I følge Spotify er dette hennes fjerde utgivelse, så med et mer moderne uttrykk fremover, kan dette bare gå én vei, og det er opp. Hun har gode melodier og tekster, en meget god sangstemme og en enorm «vocal range». Dette passer for dem som liker voksenpop.

Amelie Aldner nos ha regalado su nuevo tema "Rise", que definitivamente nos hará meditar, nos hará sentir la nostalgia de nuestras vivencias adversas. Una canción que tan solo de escuchar su melodía te pondrá la mano en el corazón.
Un sonido clásico del Adult Contemporary que transmite más que mil palabras; al escuchar y apreciar el tema me di cuenta que ha sido la composición del género más emocional que he escuchado, sientes que te abraza, que te brinda un confort, un consuelo. Partes muy destacables de la canción son las notas altas que la intérprete ejecuta, como podemos percibir en el segundo 57, claramente denota la pasión tan latente que tiene la artista, se volverá un hecho inolvidable para la audiencia.
